"Here's Rico" by John Swihart
Yes, this is part of the Napoleon Dynamite score, and, yes, that's part of the reason it's makes he so happy when I hear it. But this little tune, and much of that score in general, is very funky and fun to listen to outside the context of the amazing movie it was composed for. Here's Rico, indeed.
